Jared Phifer’s background weaves together music, art, and hard work. He began his carpentry apprenticeship in 2005, where his obsessive eye for detail and passion for design took root. By 2009, he had earned his Denver General Contractor license and started pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in custom homebuilding.

In 2017, Jared became part of the alumni group of Certified Passive House Tradespersons through EMU Systems—joining a community dedicated to building to the highest standard of performance and creating the healthiest homes possible.

For Jared, design and construction are more than technical work; they are a form of art. “When the highest standards of building meet the honesty of uncompromising design, something transcendent happens—it becomes like music, where melody and harmony converge. And just as timeless music carries you, stirs you, and finally brings you home, I hope to create that same resonance in every home we build.”

When he’s not designing or building, Jared can be found serving at his local church, writing music, hiking, or fly-fishing with his family somewhere in the Colorado mountains.
